A: Our standard MOQ starts at 500 units per design to ensure cost-effective production. For startups, we offer pre-orders with 50-unit trial batches (contact sales for feasibility).

Q: What is the average shipping time to US/Germany by sea?
A: From Ningbo Port to Los Angeles:
Sea freight: 18-22 days (FCL)

From Ningbo Port to Hamburg:
Sea freight: 35-40 days (FCL)
Air freight: 5-7 days (FOB available)
4. Test relevant doubt
Q：What test do you arrange for the products? And who will cover the testing cost?
A：It’s up to the material and product category. We can provide FOC sample for requested testing but all testing cost is covered by client.
5. Sample providing
Q: Do you provide free samples before bulk ordering?
A: We offer 3 free samples per design for on-going orders which amount is over $5,000. Otherwise, sample fees is charged. Normal samples (except for the new model ones) always ship within 48 hours. Remarks, delivery cost for all sample parcel is charged to the client.
6. Packaging prints
Q: Can you customize packaging with my company logo?
A: Yes! We can arrange the mass printing based on client’s print file.
7. Quality warranty
Q: How to promise the quality for bulk? And what if products don't meet quality standards?
A: We accept the inspection arrangement from client side or TUV, before shipment. If defects exceed 2% from the market, free replacements shipped within 7 days based on the complain proof.
8. Production period
Q: How long does production take after approving samples?
A: Up to the project itself. Let’s talk it case by case.

Q: What support do you provide after delivery?
